Kelly Lim Zi Xuan brings warmth, compassion, and a deep love for children to the Miss Universe Singapore stage. A preschool teacher with a heart for early intervention and inclusive education, Kelly’s most rewarding achievement has been helping a young boy with speech delays find his voice. The experience deepened her conviction that every child deserves to be heard, understood, and supported, and inspired her long-term goal of becoming a speech and language therapist.

Kelly’s advocacy centres on giving children the tools and confidence to express themselves. She hopes to use the Miss Universe Singapore platform to raise awareness of the importance of empathy, inclusive learning environments, and early developmental support. For her, a simple smile is one of the most powerful ways to connect, comfort, and build trust, whether with young learners or new acquaintances.

A unique fun fact about Kelly is that she used to play the handbells in primary school as part of a mini musical orchestra, an experience that taught her rhythm, teamwork, and the joy of performance.

Outside of the classroom, Kelly enjoys dancing, singing, playing golf, and exploring creative arts and crafts with children.
