Tiffany Tay brings resilience, warmth, and a deep passion for women’s health advocacy to the Miss Universe Singapore 2025 stage. Raised in a humble family of four, she credits her parents, her greatest supporters, for instilling the values of hard work, perseverance, and gratitude.

Her life took a dramatic turn at 23 when she discovered a 20cm ovarian cyst. Facing the uncertainty of a possible cancer diagnosis and the risk of losing an ovary, Tiffany endured surgery and a challenging recovery with the unwavering support of her now-husband. Thankfully, the cyst was benign, but the experience revealed a profound gap in young women’s knowledge about their own bodies and the importance of regular health checks. She now champions open conversations about women’s health, breaking the stigma around topics often dismissed or overlooked.

Beyond her advocacy, Tiffany’s proudest achievement has been building a home and life with her partner of over 12 years, navigating the property market and overseeing their home’s renovation together. Professionally, she combines her skills as a social media specialist with her love for gaming, exploring the world of livestreaming and even participating in a competition and mentorship programme.
