Pang Xue Jing is a dancer, artist, and advocate for women’s rights who believes kindness is courage and that strength is not limited by gender. Her journey in pageantry began by chance when she joined Miss Earth as a fun challenge, but it quickly grew into a purposeful platform where she earned the titles of Miss Earth Eco-Tourism 2022 and Miss Earth Singapore 2023.

Now stepping onto the Miss Universe Singapore stage, Xue Jing’s advocacy focuses on breaking free from patriarchal expectations, empowering women to reclaim their voices, and fostering open conversations about mental health and self-respect. She draws inspiration from stories of women silenced by abuse or societal pressure, determined to speak up for those unable to do so themselves.

Her personality blends resilience, empathy, and creative expression, honed through years of stage performance, public speaking, and hosting. Beyond pageantry, she finds joy in art, spirituality, and traveling, pursuits that keep her grounded while expanding her worldview.
